• VI Kings uses Enviro-Grit for all its media blasting jobs. It’s an environmentally friendly crystalline silica free crushed glass that is made in Quesnel, BC from recycled glass. VI Kings is able to remove UV damaged wood, failed stains and paints, resurface concrete, remove water, fire and smoke damage as well as eliminate mould and graffiti. 

We use the best media blasting equipment to re-mill logs, wood siding, window frames, fascia board, soffits, as well as shingles and shakes.

VI Kings uses Perma-Chink Systems to seal out unwanted critters and insulate your home.  

Energy Seal dramatically reduces energy costs associated with heating and cooling as well as stops the infiltration of spiders, flies, bats, mice and rats. 

The look of a log home is not complete until it has been chinked properly. 

VI Kings uses premium log and timber finishes such as Timber Pro UV Coatings as well as Broda from CBR Products as our log, siding, deck and fence protection of choice.

Both products are made in British Columbia and formulated as natural plant oil base/water borne stains with a great variety of colours, exceptional durability and long lasting UV protection. 

Over the past 10 years, we have come to trust their durability, and receive top quality tech support at both factories with custom colour development and colour matching.

Sanding/Log Grinding is a feature that we specialize in, and offer to clients that want to add that extra special artisan touch and look that you just can’t achieve with media blasting.  

VI Kings can refinish your wood siding, timber frame beams, log home walls, posts, decks & railings, fascia boards, soffits, fences as well as windows and wood ceilings. 

These types of restorations will prevent further damage to your log home and lengthen the lifespan of your timber.

We have refinished front doors, weathered wood tables and benches, as well as other wood furniture for our clients who chose us to refinish their log homes.
